振動式物位開關批量用于德州實華化工項目

　　自2014年9月起，中國化工集團旗下德州實華化工有限公司陸續采購計為振棒料位開關、音叉料位開關和音叉液位開關共三個系列的振動式物位開關產品，用于PVC樹脂、燒堿、塑料制品等化工品生產過程中的物位測量。

　　計為Tube-11是國產首款基于雙管設計的棒狀振動式物位開關，這種雙管結構設計使得產品具有極高的可靠性，其最低測量密度僅0.02g/cm3，能夠滿足絕大部分顆粒狀料位的現場測量要求。

　　計為Fork-11音叉料位開關是一種專用于測量粉末和細小顆粒的固體料位開關，可測細砂、細小化工原料、面粉、鹽等物料，最低密度達0.008g/cm3，特別適合超低密度的料位測量，具有廣泛的適應性和極高的可靠性。

　　Ring-11音叉液位開關基于檢測叉體浸泡于介質時振動頻率變化的設計原理，專用于液位測量、控制，叉體長僅40mm，不僅適用于容器、儲罐、槽罐、導管的液位測量，而且適用于有泡沫、氣泡、粘稠液體以及強烈振動干擾的復雜測量場合。

　　基于對計為產品品質的信任，2014年12月，實華公司增加了高溫加長型音叉液位開關的訂單。高溫型音叉液位開關工作溫度可達250℃，最低測量密度達0.5g/cm3，非常適合高溫等惡劣復雜環境下的物位測量。
