　　近期，計為Tube-11超長界位控制振棒料位開關在山東一化工集團的切片水貯存罐、萃取塔等的高、低位測量儀表的采購中成功中標。產品主要用于貯存罐、萃取塔等的水中尼龍6切片的高低料位的測量。

　　計為Tube-11界位控制振棒料位開關專門用于液體中沉淀物界面的測量與控制，沉淀物與液體的最小密度差0.1g/cm3，能夠滿足絕大多數界位的測量要求。產品密封性好，防護等級高達IP66/IP67，通過本安隔爆雙防爆認證（其中隔爆：Ex d IIC T6~T1 Gb，Ex tD A21 IP66 T80~440℃；本安：Ex ia IIC T6~T1 Ga，Ex iaD 20 T85~450℃），產品可測量介質溫度最高可達400℃，各項性能指標達到行業先進水平。針對加長型界位控制振棒料位開關能量傳遞易損耗的特點，計為自動化在加長管的尾部加裝了配重塊，有效降低了能量傳遞中的耗損，使其在測量水中沉淀物時更加穩定可靠。

　　該集團所采購的100臺計為Tube-11界位控制振棒料位開關多為加長型，大部分儀表的長度超過1.9米，最長的達2.9米。這一長度填補了超長尺寸振棒料位開關水中沉淀物測量這一領域的行業空白，計為自動化也因此成為國內目前僅有的能夠提供2.9米長界位控制振棒料位開關的生產廠家。
